CONCLUSIONS DRAWN:   

Page 21 and 22 show an interesting email to Brian Emerson apparently fwded to Dr Henry regarding natural immunity study from lancet Feb 16 2023. This study Showing natural immunity superior. But the actual study is redacted.
There is an inadequate search for records, I will be asking for a review with OIPC
