Final copies (unredacted) of any and all contracts pertaining to Covid-19 vaccines and PCR tests between the Government of Canada and the vaccine manufacturers (Pfizer BioNTech, Moderna, etc.) and PCR test manufacturer(s). Also provide the first recorded document (any format) which mentions Covid-19, Covid-19 vaccines, or PCR tests. The date range for the first recorded document is at any point in time where SARS-CoV-2 was ever discussed, to today.

CONCLUSIONS DRAWN:   

There are heavy redactions in all material released.
Please note, I have already had a complaint for PHAC essentially ignoring my request for over 18 months. December, 2023 they released the redacted 1,485 page package.
The deadline to file a complaint is February 19th, 2024.
The documents are currently being reviewed for the complaint process.
