I paid $30 for it. Mailed it to the Canada Immigration Centre as per the address provided in the form for requesting it. Mailed it in April, 2024. It’s mid Aug, I haven’t heard from them. There’s no phone number to call either. One number that I found doesn’t allow me to leave any messages. Asks I try again. I’ve been trying these past 6 weeks daily to no avail!!!
